Rigil Awarded Multidisciplinary GSA HCaTS Contract

(Rigil hits it out of the park yet again with win of a new GSA HCaTS contract vehicle in Pool 1 and Pool 2 for Small Businesses.)

Washington DC, 5/11/2016: Rigil has been awarded a prime GSA Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS)  contract vehicle in Pool 1 and Pool 2 for small businesses, for human capital management, human resource training & development services. The contract puts the focus on tendering preeminent human resources, human capital, strategic sourcing, acquisition, training and development services, and tools available to Federal Agencies to form a more powerful Government solution.

As a part of the contract, Rigil will have opportunity to provide a comprehensive suite of services, including:

  1. Customized Training and Development Services
  2. Customized Human Capital Strategy Services
  3. Customized Organizational Performance Improvement

The goal of development and deployment of customized solutions under HCaTS SB includes, but is not limited to, assisting Federal agencies achieve six objectives:

  1. Improving the management of human capital in accordance with the HCAAF and OPM governing doctrines and accomplishing their assigned critical missions
  2. Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of critical business processes
  3. Providing optimal professional development opportunities to the Federal workforce
  4. Undertaking effective change management initiatives
  5. Developing effective metrics to assess progress in carrying out human capital strategies
  6. Maximizing the return on investment in training and development, human capital, and organizational performance improvements
