eFAST

The Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is the FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hours, and others as appropriate.

GSA HCaTS (Pools 1 and 2)

HCaTS is a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract vehicle. The contract consists of a base period of five years with one five year option period and one six-month option period. HCaTS has been designated as a Best-in-Class (BIC) solution for Human Capital and Training Solutions.

The purpose of HCaTS is to meet the needs of customers with complex human capital management and training based requirements who cannot or do not use the MAS schedules or other acquisition vehicles.

GSA IT Schedule 70/Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)

The GSA IT Schedule 70/Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is a long-term contract issued by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to a commercial technology vendor. Award of a Schedule contract signifies that the GSA has determined the vendor’s pricing is fair and reasonable, and the vendor is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pursuant to Section 211 of the e-Gov Act of 2002, Cooperative Purchasing provides authorized State and local government entities access to information technology items offered through GSA’s Schedule 70 and the Corporate contracts for associated special item numbers.

GSA OASIS (Pool 2 and 3)

We were awarded the One Acquisition for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) contract, a multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that serves as a flexible vehicle for government customers to attain complex professional services with any type of contract in January 2018. With the award, we obtained a new avenue to provide innovative solutions on OASIS SB task orders under the Financial Management Services core discipline.OASIS SB consists of several pools covering different NAICS codes and size standards. WIth our awards in Pools 2 and 3, we’re prepared to deliver complex professional services for NAICS codes 541211–Offices of Certified Public Accountants and 541219–Other Accounting Services.

The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. CIO-SP3 is a new Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for small businesses that can be used by any federal civilian or DoD agency to fulfill a broad range of mission critical IT requirements.
